“This motel was clean and in very good condition. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was sketchy. We had to ask every day for clean towels as either none or only towels, no washcloths or hand towels were left. Wastebasket in the bathroom was emptied daily. No new shampoo or conditioner left and only very tiny containers left originally...not enough for 2 people.I will stay here again but will be proactive in looking for fresh towels before getting into night clothes.”

“Property itself was fine. Location was perfect, the hotel itself could be a little cleaner, the rooms came across as a rushed clean, I had some crumbs on the floor, there were two sauce droppings on the couch in my room, and straw wrapper on the floor behind the end table. The hallways should be a lot cleaner since it’s the first thing you see when getting off the elevator. ”

“Service staff was amazing! I did have a problem with the construction. My husband is disabled and they did not have any rooms on the ground floor and with walk in showers available due to the construction.”

“Comfy room. AC worked great, has a microwave, fridge worked pretty good. When i arrived there was only one small bar of soap and no shampoo. I had to request some shampoo. They did come to clean the room but they did not replace the dirty towels. Lots of noise outside, including the train. Area seems a bit sketchy. Door also didnt seem so secure..just a basic lock so I wouldn’t keep anything expensive in the room while gone. Aside from that it was a good experience.”

“The interior decor and room furnishings are extremely charming and unique. Our room and views from the balcony were beautiful. Viktoria 'Vic' was the real star of the hotel. Friendly, charming, and so eager to make our stay special. We will definitely stay at Bliss by the Sea when we return to the St. Augustine area.”
