「We very much enjoyed the Ancora . The only concern was there is a dog chained up outside next to property and never seen anyone there . His chain was tangled and could barely move for days . We brought it up to the front desk , so hopefully something is being done about it . 」

「This was a fantastic stay over looking the public beach from the infinity pool. The unit was clean and private with a great little kitchen. You can easily walk to the hustle and bustle of the town square but just far enough to get away to the laid back oasis.」

「No horno eléctrico , cabellos en la Regadera, no servilletas , no sartenes, rico café , mucha luz por la noche, TV de recámara sin conexión ..」

「The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.」

「Nice place for a quiet vacation. The condo has all the amenities that you need. It is well maintained and the host is attentive if you need anything. 」

「This was a peaceful oasis in a busy place. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with polished concrete floors, a little kitchenette with a full sized fridge, a comfortable couch and bed. The location was excellent to the centre square of the town (less than 5 minute walk). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic in the beautiful courtyard. The gym is spacious, has relatively new equipment, and is air conditioned. There is also a great view from the gym!」

「The resort was nice, rooms were comfortable, and cleaning service was good. Buffet style in main dining area but could try other options. Asian wasn't the best and had mixed reviews on most from other guest but steak house was definitely good and popular. Room service menu was limited. Bar service at quiet pool area was slower than swim up bar. The $500 promised in resort credits through Expedia was not resort credits it was a coupon book for various activities in area. Didn't even get $10 off...

「Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Krystal. Here’s the good-overall property was maintained beautifully and the adult pool and washroom facilities were maintained perfectly. I loved the activities and the staff were amazing. The bars were stocked with a good assortment of drinks and alcohol and the bartenders were always friendly and accommodating. Here’s the “opportunities”-our room was very run down and needed a refresh and the housecleaning staff did the bare minimum to keep our room clean....
