“The location is amazing! Ocean views, in town close to everything but enough distance from the noise so you sleep well at night. Each casita provides some more privacy than a lot of hotels. And the Mexican desgn and details are very charming. A very comfortable and relaxed stay!”

“Everything was perfect about this property. Clean and new with all of the amenities one would need for a long or short term stay. The building does have a parking garage, which wasn’t advertised on Expedia. The restaurant upstairs on the rooftop is a steak house and is going to be a bit more expensive than the neighboring restaurants. Bit the staff was very attentive and ensured we had everything we wanted. ”

“Well stocked, beach towels, cooking supplies… having a few coffee packets would have need nice. Room was very spacious, clean. Area was quiet too and just a few minutes to town center and beach”

“Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was basic but all that we needed. Tony was very responsive and helpful, carrying my suitcase upstairs and bringing us a hot plate and fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable, nice hot showers, quiet for sleeping. Rooftop was delightful for bird-watching. Downside-the bathroom window crank was stripped so there was no way to shut out the barking of a neighbor dog, the pool was chilly. ”

“My family has stayed in this property multiple times. We love the location with easy access to dining in town and beautiful ocean views. We always make use of the beach club access and golf when we’re there. Lupita makes wonderful breakfasts and keeps the unit spotless. We’ve already planned our return for next year. ”

“Small condo. Large patio. Our favorite was the rooftop pool with surround views of the town and beach. Right downtown beside the markets. Can be noisey at night. Apartment small but large closet space in each room. Large shower. Comfortable beds and wondershshower”

“This rental is in the perfect spot. We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but……

“We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We love Playa Royale and were very pleased to enjoy the updated, floors, furniture, TV, beds, etc. that other condos lack. It was really nice to have housecleaning included and they give you a schedule so you know when to expect them. Very nice job cleaning! Our only complaint would be the slow response of the owner. However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay.”

“Very comfortable, very clean unit with large balcony overlooking river and marina area...found all cookware and utensils I could possibly need (only suggestion...time to change the teflon pots and pans!)...really appreciated the fridge filtered water and ice, tasted so good! All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly....”

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful penthouse with a private pool. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, good communication and response from property management, amazing views and nice warm shared pool. A short walk from the nice beach across the road - not beach front as we had assumed from the photos, but very close. A bbq and beach chairs/umbrella would make this place perfect for longer stays.”
