Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. ”

“I would highly suggest not to choose this hotel for your business trip, especially for those you participate the exhibition. they will oversell and you will have to find other hotel while you arrive. During exhibition, its very difficult to find ”

“房間寬敞，但是隔壁關門，房間的牆壁都會震動，特別是晚上十點之後，很困擾。 早上隔壁房間鬧鐘響也可以清楚聽到。”

“Leider hatte ich eine Nacht zu viel gebucht. Die Änderung ohne die letzte Nacht hätte mich 150 Euro Gebühren gekostet????? Sorry, aber kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Übernachtung war kaum teurer als die Gebühren. Bin dann einfach früher abgereist. Finde ich sehr kundenunfreundlich. Werde in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel buchen was bei Änderung der Daten flexibler ist.”
