“We were there for the first week in December for a wedding. This property is in walking distance to the majority of things we wanted to do (12 minutes walking slowly.) Just a few notes. For little children and elderly. There is a big bedroom on first floor because the staircases are a bit tricky. They are old and I think people had smaller feet in the past, LOL. “My team and I stayed here while attending a conference for the week. The venu is more stunning than the pictures do it justice. It was immaculately clean, with stunning decor and just a great overall vibe. The hosts were always prompt with responses and quick to help with anything we needed. “Sadat Spencer has a great home near the garden district for your New Orleans vacation. The house was spacious enough for our 9 party group. Everyone had their own space/room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The outside gate is a nice piece of added security since the neighborhood is still up and coming. “Welp, I can say my staycation went off without a hitch. George was a gracious host. He made my search and booking process super easy. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. “Good location and comfortable for me and my family!”

“Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three.”
