“Nothing fancy about this place, but the price is right and it gets the job done. They don’t tell you that you have to pass through a dark uneven path along the side of the house to gain access to the vrbo, there are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, no coffee or sweeteners, and no place to put your clothes. The bed is not great either. Despite those things, it is clean, the bathroom is fresh and new, and the heating and lighting are adequate. We got pretty much what we expected for the……

“The house had great old style charm in the heart of New Orleans. Neighborhood was safe. Comfy beds, plenty of towels although some shed. Bruce was very responsive and patient despite my being a first time Vrbo user. Would stay here again! ”

“We had a great time staying in this home. Pictures are a good representation of it and the beds we used were very comfortable. Only wish there was water from the fridge working or a brita/filter but the tap water was safe. Some pots/skillet pans available, knifes a bit dull but not too bad for cooking. Would stay again”

“Space was clean although previous guests left things in the drawers. Close enough to the quarter to have fun but not so close it gets obnoxious. Shane was decent to communicate with the space doesn’t have a half bath so it’s not idle for someone having to sleep on the hideaway bed.”

“We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this property. The eclectic Mardi Gras decor was SO FUN! We were there for my son’s graduation from Tulane in Mid-December and there was even a Mardi Gras themed Christmas tree for us to enjoy and Christmas Lights on the Front Entrance. So many small interesting details to admire. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided. Host was extremely prompt in responding to messages. Highly Recommend ”
