“We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left! We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future. ”

“There were a few problems figuring out how to work things, especially the tv. But the staff was very fast to respond. The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps.”

“Great location near Key West. Clean & Air conditioned bathrooms”

“Host was super nice with the pie, and it is excellent. Don't get excited about the bikes, though. Not that we were going to use them, but with flat tires and rusty chains, they were nice decoration. ”

“We stayed for a week and then my mother in law stayed for 3 weeks. Loved the convenience of the location. ”

“The home had everything you could need or want in a vacation home. Venture out is a large park with lots of amenities but surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to visit Key West or Marathon. I will definitely consider a stay here when I return to the Keys.”
