“We had a really nice time. Setting was relaxing. Beautiful view of the river from the patio deck. We came to bike ride & paddle. We enjoyed both. Loved how large the kitchen area was. There were 8 of us ladies & having a large kitchen was fantastic. A couple suggestions: add a teapot for boiling water, we don’t recommend using the filtered water from the dispenser in the fridge it comes out as a slow trickle (unless it is fixed to have a higher flow rate). “This is a charming little house tucked between beautiful victorians just a few blocks from downtown Waupaca. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a place to sit outside, there is a restaurant on site in one of the big houses. “The cabin was perfect for our family. Our 10-year-old and 7-year-old loved sleeping in the loft. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us. Lots to do including indoor and outdoor activities. We were a little disappointed with the lake water. It was shallow and mucky, but maybe it is better other years. I would say it is more of a fishing/boating lake than a nice swimming lake.”

“This Lake house was perfect for our cousin’s weekend. So cozy, and we all had the space to spread out. The view looking out is beautiful with a morning cup of coffee.
