The pool was under “mantice” I’m assuming that was “maintenance”?
The refrigerator had issues and was buzzing sooo loud I couldn’t sleep, had to switch rooms from a single king bed that I booked to a double queen bed, my keycard didn’t work to open fitness room, had to vocally yell for someone around front desk for minutes until someone came and “his card” worked to unlock the room, the breakfast was almost nonexistent with watered down OJ
And when I asked for any type of compensation I got a “we can’t do anything because you booked through a third party website”?
DO NOT STAY HERE, go ANYWHERE ELSE
I’ve stayed in many hotels around the country and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had, I would never even consider this again
