We arrived on the first significant snow fall of the winter, the staff called us in the morning advising of the weather conditions and suggested we give ourselfs a little more time. Vicki met us on arrival, she was very welcoming and we got a great impression right from the start. I was booked in for a body massage withVicki, she was amazing, one of the best massages i have ever had. We liked our room and enjoyed the food, we had done the New Lanark experience already so didnt do that this time, would throughly recommend this also! We did do the walk up by the waterfalls the next day which was asight to behold. I would recommend this hotel

Definitely worth a stay
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Dinner menu a little as not changed very often but quality of food amazing. Rooms comfortable and beds very good size. So much to explore whilst at this hotel as uts a converted mill.

Good location in restored converted old cotton mill by the falls of Clyde. Friendly staff. Good service. Good quality food in the restaurant. My wife enjoyed the Spa facilities. Mobile signal patchy due to location in a steep sided valley but hotel provided free Wi-Fi.

Location is great, its part of a UNESCO World heritage. We stayed two days with breakfast and had dinner twice, which where both good. We stayed in the suite which was very roomy but could need some more furniture. Taking a shower for the elderly and/or disabled can be dangerous in the small bathtub. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend!!
