“This is the perfect little cottage! While off the beaten path, this property is gorgeous and everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was spotless and stocked with everything you could need and more. Mike and Laura are amazing hosts and made sure we felt welcome. It rained while we were there so we weren't able to spend as much time on the porch and dock as we wanted, but we were able to see several deer, turkeys and rabbits! ”

“At first, we booked the house for August, but storm Debby rolled in can caused the river to flood and the boat ramp to be closed. They were very understanding and worked with us to get a new date on the schedule. We liked how the boat ramp was literally just a couple hundred yards from the house, which made it very easy to get in and out. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The driveway circled back to the side road which made getting in and out easy without backing up. We……

“The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! ”

“Staying here was a lovely experience; the house was clean, and having such a beautiful backyard in a quiet neighborhood was great. Was also in a very convenient area, close to lots of amenities and close to UF. Would absolute recommend this gem of a place.”

“Fabulous home that we evacuated to during Hurricane Milton. It is a beautiful lake home property & they have everything you need in the kitchen & a grill for cooking meals, which was important since we weren’t going to do daily runs into town to eat at restaurants. We would love to rent again when we could actually enjoy lake activities, instead of spending most of our time inside. They were very accommodating to offer to let us spend extra nights if needed because of the hurricane. The……
