“decided to spend a couple nights in Newport Beach area and we could not have picked a better place - as we love crystal cove park (walking distance) and the neighboring restaurants which were a short drive from home base. “We rented the cottage for elderly relatives who traveled from Colorado for Christmas. They loved it! The view, of course, the kitchen, the lovely bedroom, the comfy couch, and, perhaps above all, the 100% responsive and friendly host. I’ll add from my own perspective that I was disappointed with the dull, tired furnishings and decor. It could use some sprucing up! Regardless, thanks for giving our family a memorable week in our beautiful little town.”

“This place was clean, bright and modern. Owner was very responsive. Our family was from Canada so i felt nervous about scams. But owner put me at ease with all info and very responsive to my questions. The place is close to Disney snd close to stores, starbucks etc. The vrbo had air conditioning and was only missing a few items in kitchen that we easily picked up at Dollar store. The shower is also amazing. We were there ten days, and enjoyed ourselves. We give this a 10 out of 10 rating. ……

“we had a mini retreat with my volunteer team here and everything was EXCELLENT. We seriously had the best time ever- the place was incredible and filled with so many places to have fun and connect joyfully. Every staff member treated us with kindness and respect. And I think it was Andrew or Brandon? that really stood out! Great hospitality all around. The furniture/items were a bit older but honestly such a steal for the price! We will definitely return.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. ”
