“Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views.”

“Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.……

“Had another wonderful trip. We have just found a favorite place to come play with our growing family. Cliff and Rose are amazing owners who are so helpful to make sure our trips run smoothly. Pool and hot tub area is great and lots of space for everyone to enjoy being together. Figuring out our next trip down!!!!!’”

“This property was perfect for us. Everything about the property was just as described and better. Extremely quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! We were able to travel east to Zion NP and NW to the other side of Zion (Kolob Canyon) and from there just a little further to Cedar City and Cedar Breaks National Monument.”

“Spent the weekend here for a wedding in Zion.. This home had all the amenities of a resort. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space so everyone had their privacy. My family of 9 (all adults) enjoyed the backyard and the game room. Some even cut their Zion hikes short so they could hang out in the backyard. Close to food stores and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a 5 star stay for us.”
