“La Verkin lies roughly mid-way between the Kolob and Springdale entrances to Zion -- about a 25 min. drive each way. The town has a grocery store and a few restaurants. If you want alcohol other than beer, you'll have to bring it in or take it with your meal dining out. The house stands in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a spacious garage, two baths, three bedrooms including a spacious master en suite. WiFi nice and fast. The kitchen has all the necessities. We didn't use the back……

“This getaway was the perfect accommodation on our Zion trip! With views from the driveway and an excellent backyard for entertaining, this place honestly was more than I could ask for. The place was very clean and the host was communicative throughout the whole process- even had an online guidebook for us to peruse before we got there! La Verkin is absolutely beautiful and I’d recommend to anyone that a stop for coffee is worth it on your way into the park. I can’t wait to stay here again!……

“We stayed here three nights and were very comfortable. Tyler made it a very smooth experience. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The reason I chose this place was it allowed us our privacy and had a kitchen. Its a good value compared with the choices in Springdale. Springdale is expensive and you would have to share beds and eat out. The drive is not that long; the only advantage Springdale has is for people in a group where interests differ - you'd be……

“Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.……
