“The property is a duplex that is shared by a permanent tenant. It is well appointed and fits two people adequately. Only complaints are the walls are a bit thin, the back door had the window slider backwards (so someone could open it from the outside) and the Keurig coffee pot was broken. The host was quick to communicate and apologized for the issues. I had no issues finding street parking. There is a separate outdoor seating area that you can use that is not pictured in the photos. ”

“Great location, everything you need is around you. The kitchen had everything you needed, bed was comfortable! It did get hot during the day but it cooled down quite quick after opening everything up in the evening and they supplied you with a big fan which was great. Would stay here again!”

“Pros: Easy access to freeways & driving around PB/La Jolla. Loved the private garage, quiet neighborhood, comfortable for 2. The kitchen is adequately stocked (we enjoyed a take-out Thanksgiving there). Cons: The apartment is more dated than the photos appear, the patio wasn't quite as wonderful as I imagined. There is no AC or heat. Bottom line: It was a good place to make our home base for a week in the mild November weather.”

“The house is in a great location, balcony was fantastic. We watched the SeaWorld fireworks Every night. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms need updating. Some of the decorated pillows had stains which is an easy fix with brand new ones or cleaning. Parking spot was good. Sofa/sofa bed was uncomfortable, but overall a good stay.”

“Very cute and clean apartment on a buzzing street with lots of shops and places to eat. The host was great about responding to messages. The only caveat is that the apartment is right over a bar, so we heard music all day and until about 11pm or so (tbh I rather enjoyed the daytime song mix). The bar itself (Shore Rider) had very good food and drinks, too.”

“Cody, Jaylin & Brad have a great 2 bed / 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples, a block from the Pacific, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. They say that they are 100% here to help, and that is the truth! We're from AZ, and we didn't adjust for the time difference, so we arrived in PB an hour early. A quick call to Cody, and he graciously agreed to let us check in an hour early on Thanksgiving day! Much appreciated after a long drive. We will be back!”
