This was my second visit. overall i like the specious of the room. my suggestion according to this time would be the hotel can take more attention to the area of the cleaningness upon the mattress and the cover sheet for the tatami bed. blood stain and dirty were found on the cover sheet , because i found this out at mid night , i could go nowhere to ask for help , i could only use a a large towel to cover up the affected area to sleep. I washed the sheets myself the day after without rose up to the front deck. the cushion sits also flea infected, i kept scratching my entire body while sitting on it.
And the front desk staffs, request and assistance seems not take very seriously by the staff. my request to ask for the pillow case, was not delivered in the first time by a lady and even she promised to send afterwards , until the other day with a boy on duty at the night , he sent to me by my second request.
I wish these comment would draw the attendion to the hotel management to look into these matter and solved.

The stay is very comfortable, location is good which located aside 2 metro lines and several convenience store, there are supermarkets around, it takes about 10-15mins walk.
The room is clean and comfy, all the facilities are all equipped. Especially the washing machine, it includes the drying function in one, it doesn't take us the extra time to await for drying, we liked it very much!
The 24 hours online reception is also convenience.
Overall, I fully recommend people to stay in here!
The room is clean and spacious. Facilities are great, shower room, kitchen and wash/dry machine. Location is very convenient, close to shopping and dinning area as well as subway and bus. On the other hand, it’s just on Sanjo and our room is on the first floor facing the street so it’s so noisy by the passing cars even in the mid night and early morning. Cannot sleep well. So make sure your room is on the other side when you book.

This hotel is self service hotel from the moment you check in with keyless room and rarely anyone will be around to help you.
When we check in, no one welcomed you or explained about anything. He just told us to check in from the pad.
If you are lucky you will find someone but they speak very minimal English or no English.
Also this hotel does not accept luggages transfer since obviously cause no one will be there. If we knew we probably would choose other place instead.
The Apt was pretty spacious compare to others, and provided air purifier/ humidifier. Water pressure was excellent.
But somehow flooding happened when we showered since something was stuck, since it’s late we could not get help so my husband try to clean it and found poop stuck underneath causing the flooding.
We were so upset and went downstairs to complain and call from a tablet and she said she will go to out room.
A girl showed up at our door so we told her about the situation. Also we complain about the smoke smell in the room.
The girl only told us she would tell the manger about the flooding but unclear and what to do about it.
Also for the smoke she said most likely from the lower floor (our room was 3rd floor).
After she left, we try to investigate the smoke smell actually coming from outside window, so we closed it and turn on the air purifier, we could not sleep that night since the smoke smell was pretty bad.
The next day, we did not see the manager and act like nothing happened.
