“第一日住進房間就發現超多螞蟻, 很影響渡假心情, 房內的香氛很刺鼻刺眼, 外出剛回酒店在沒冷氣的情況下, 就差點沒昏倒。酒店四處都開始出現殘舊失修的痕跡, 對於這麼美的酒店而言是很可惜的。拍照的效果還好, 但住進去真的不是那麼一回事。”

“The staff are really helpful and friendly. The air-con is cool enough and the speed of wifi is very satisfactory, which is not always the case in Thailand. However, some facilities are a bit old. Like, I could feel the springs of the mattress. There are a convenience store, restaurant other than the hotel's one, and Thai massage shops a few steps away. It is also very near to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall Central Festival, so it is still a choice worth to consider……

“I paid 5 times more around fullmoon period but in nearer place has hotel too but it was not show available in app because i asked them so and this hotel far from haadrin and power cut in evening. I checked in same time as my next door guests and i asked them how much.....yes I paid more than them because i booked from app...... everythings suck there”

“The staff was friendly but knew little English. The furniture and the pool in the villa were not well maintained, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was also something wrong with the telephone line at the reception and no one picked up the phone. The problem was not fixed until we told them about it. The hotel also did not pick us up at the airport as requested when we arrived at Samui (and with the phone problem we could not call them). Quite disappointed.”

“We had the best experience ever. The services were so friendly felt just like home. We made lots friends and definitely will go back more. Sea view bungalow not as nice as garden view bungalow. Food and message were also very nice.”
