Property is in need of a refurb - however the staff are excellent and great food. Rooms are spacious and the bed was really comfortable- we didn’t have a linen change in 6 days? Airport shuttle is excellent - the blue monkey and long Talat are great places to eat and relax. Swimming pool at top is good for lengths - wife really enjoyed the spa!

We had a great family holiday at Sheraton. Staff were lovely, food was good. My only concern was that there were so many stairs, so would not recommend if you have knee issues. Other than that was great.

Our room was close to the lobby and therefore further from the beach - the hotel provided constant buggy service to take guests to and from the beach from that part of the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very few people around. The beach pool was great, and the beach bar and restaurant very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect Option for Koh Samui

Really lovely overall. I went with my 5 and 10 year old children and they loved it. The staff were incredible. I always notice the smallest of details and rated their cleanliness as 4 stars but overall still a great place.
