“接待處職員服務態度真係好。 酒店單位除了整個廁所及全屋地毯之外，其他非常乾淨， refill方面就真係不足，4人住11晚，只得四卷廁紙， 冲涼液各廁所只得一份，仲細支過北京蜂皇精， 4日就用完，七日後先至有人換床單和清潔， 但依然冇再提供冲涼液，結果日日都冇梘液沖涼， 嗰啲垃圾梘液用4滴沐浴也出唔到泡，根本冲唔乾淨， 而且所有花晒唔夠水壓，只有流出來水力，不是射水， 每次洗完shampoo都沖唔乾淨個頭。 有焗爐和微波爐非常好用，電磁爐有煲提供，但冇鑊及電飯煲提供。 最後總結：客廳客房廁所就會俾9分， 廁所就3分，差過賓館。。。”

“Staying in Victoria One, London was a nice experience, although there were some little problems occurred during our stay. Within 10 mins walk, the Victoria Station could be reached and nearby supermarkets perfectly provided goods we needed. Just remember, do not forget preparing your own shampoo and soap, you will need them. The only thing that bothered me was the dishwasher. “Tricky to find and wasn't expecting to have to email a scan of driving license and credit card. The apartment was nice and double glazing worked really well so really quiet. The downside was the heaters were on and the apartment was way too hot which made sleeping tricky.”
