“The rooms I booked said King bed and pull out sofa. It had a double bed and no pull out on the sofa. They brought my son a cot. This was the studio room and I do not recommend. It was in poor shape and not very clean. We upgraded to a 1 room apartment with an uncomfortable couch. But the price difference was minimal. They were diligent in making sure we were happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bar staff neither friendly or helpful. The hotel had holiday cheer in the lobby for 3 days……

“noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. ”
