“I love this resort, and the deals from Expedia are always amazing here. Being able to use the Omni amenities is superb. This particular owner apparently I would not recommend, however. I did not know the units were individually owned, until I had a problem. They had not paid their cable bill. It took a couple of days til the bill got paid, and the cable provided was not normal basic cable- bizarre channel selection. Also, the bedside lamp was functional but broken/loose and a potential hazard. I……

“We liked the free continental breakfast at the hotel! It was also very clean, and the staff was excellent! Very friendly!! The pool is small, but it was kept very nice and was always clean!! We enjoyed our stay very much!! We were right on the beach and the view from our balcony was wonderful!!!”

“This was our 1st visit to Amelia Island..we originally booked with the Mariott but it was expensive as Mariott is. We then changed for a, mom and pop hotel across the street from the Mariott. Saved us $300( ). It was good, cleanliness was excellent. The staff were inviting and sweet..The room had a comfy King bed, and all the amenities we needed..They except pets for a fee. Parking was not a problem. Hot breakfast in the morning was ok.The best thing is location. The Beach is a few minutes walk……

“The hotel is close to the beach (walking distance). Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. There were guests playing loud music by the pool at night, but we weren’t bothered because we didn’t have small children and it wasn’t louder than the movie we were watching. ”

“Room was comfortable, hotel had a lot of amenities such as the BBQ grills outside, a fire pit, outdoor tv, workout room, plus the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety of foods to choose from. Looking forward to coming back and staying in the renovated rooms.”

“It’s in a beautiful place and the grounds are really well maintained. The parking wasn’t easy for large vehicles and the light colored furniture was a bit stained. The front vents of the ac were dirty. BUT the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. I would stay there again.”
