不滿：住宿狀況
On arrival the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a handicap room, which was fine, because we liked the room; I assumed that’s all they had since we booked a suite. However, we walked on balcony once we arrived and there was a bucket of blue moon beer that had been drank from previous visitors. We didn’t have body wash and I our sink didn’t drain. (There was about 15-20 ppl that stayed and their sinks didn’t drain either). We had to always get our own towels and wash clothes, as we didn’t ever receive housekeeping and were there 6 days. We stayed there at least 3-4 times a year and have stayed for the last 4 years, but we are highly disappointed this time. The pool cushions on couches need to be thrown out, they are ripped and the foam is coming out. This should be done at least 2 times a year. Very inexpensive.
