“We stayed in villa 8, and from the living room, we stepped out onto a patio and down three steps to the pool. We could walk across the pool area and out a gate to the beach. The villa was large, clean, comfortable and bright with lots of windows. There are kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles available. My only suggestion would be to leave some things previous visitors have left behind there - like detergent, sunscreen, games, etc. ”

“Festive decorated. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Off-site trailer parking was cumbersome in the city lot, however boat lift was a bonus.”

“I stay in the keys 2-3 times per year and this place was fantastic! Great location, and easy to get to. Beautiful back yard--much bigger than the pics give it credit for. Great communication with owner and so pleasant to work with. NO issues at all, everything included--even hair dryers in BOTH bathrooms! Cooked eggs and sausage outside on the black stone every morning, even has a fish cooler to keep you fresh catch! We will return for sure--highly recommend”

“The property is in a great location relative to the cabana club and restaurants. 4th is quiet and doesn’t get a lot of traffic. The condo was great with a very nice outside space. Everything was cleaned very well. The kitchen is well stocked and a grill is an added bonus. We hope to be back soon ”

“This is an amazing property beautiful location great place to dock your boat and you top it all off with a beautiful pool! Centrally located in the keys, you can’t ask for a better location a better accommodation or better hosts. The upstairs living room is gorgeous and extremely large. downstairs Kitchen is extremely large a great gathering spot for family meals with access to the pool and the boat. Highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed”
