“I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe. ”

“What excited us about this property was how close it was to the falls. It was only a few minutes drive to all of our points of intrest. Our first night we tried the hot tub, the cover was difficult to get on and off (because it looks as though someone previously can't respect someone else's property and climbed on top of the cover damaging it). the water didn't get as warm as we would have liked and the jets seemed weak. We then all gathered in the living room and watched a couple of movies as……

“The house was even better than the description/pictures - it exceeded our expectations! We spent a fantastic four days here and there are so many lovely small touches that just made the house exceptional (the bathroom under the stairs, the framed papers, etc... so cool!). The owners were so thoughtful in how they decorated for the holidays and communicated ahead of time, making sure we would walk into a warm home. During our stay they were responsive and helpful and we can't thank them enough……

“I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks……
