「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「 The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The king bed was pretty hard and I don't see how they are "pillowtop". My only complaint is that the hairdryer smelled like burnt hair so my hair smelled like burnt hair and one of the coffee cups were cracked. However, management was so nice about stating they would fix this. Perks: fireplace was wonderful, extra sugars/creamers etc for the coffee, nice room layout, wonderful hot water for a nice soaking tub bath, extremely kind hotel staff. 」
