“Really cute apartment! Spacious and it had a lot of nice little conveniences. Like wireless chargers and mini speakers in each room. Very clean and had all you could need minus your own food! Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful! It was a nice place to come home and relax after a long day at the falls! Would definitely return!”

“My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home is old and has all the charm of the era when it was built. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. For those of you not familiar with parking in Buffalo. You are allowed to park on one side of the street only and that side is dependent on the day of the week. The street fills up pretty fast so be prepared to find a parking spot. If I return to Buffalo I would stay here again. Much more comfortable……

“Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. “This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol.
