“Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! ”

“The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it.”

“I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks……

“Check in was a breeze, had no difficulty finding parking despite it being first come first serve street parking only. The inside of the house is beautiful, though as any old has its quirks. For parents of young kids, be aware the house is noisy (specifically stairs/doors) and sound travels so a sound machine I would have been really helpful for bedtimes/naptimes. We cooked a thanksgiving dinner while here and the kitchen had most of what we needed in terms of pots/pans/kitchen tools etc as……
