“This was our first visit to the Villages and this was the perfect house & location. This village was so quiet and backing on the golf course was perfect. The location is so close to several of the community/rec centers, community pool an easy walk or minutes on golf cart, and minutes on the golf cart to the popular Spanish Springs for everything from shopping, dining and entertainment. We loved the golf cart and especially the heated pool making our stay even more perfect. The extra amenities ……

“The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!”

“The rental is in a very nice, private residential neighborhood. It's on the same property as the owner, Gary, who is very nice and accommodating. We were able to have our dog with us and there is a nice backyard where we could play fetch with her. The place is clean and well kept. There is both a back porch and a front porch to sit out on. ”
