“We had a wonderful stay. You have direct access to the river. The kitchen was furnished in a way we could cook meals with no problems. Forewood was provided. Can't wait stay again in the future. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from our backyard. We saw manatees, deer and a variety of birds. ”

“Our family of 7 adults stayed here Fri-Sun to watch a Florida Gator game. Great house; really weren’t there long enough to use any amenities like the pool, but it was a very comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway spaces for everyone’s cars. Only complaint is that we communicated twice…once to ask how to complete the final payment and the other to ask about access information. We didn’t get a reply to either inquiry. Both were resolved (payment automatically was charged to original credit card and……

“Our family has been gathering in Dunnellon for 5 years now for Thanksgiving and our rental this time was the best rental we have found by far. It was so great we have already booked it for 2026! The property is beautiful, the house has such a great set up for a large group with so many great spots to sit and relax and catch up with extended family and friends.
