“The cabin was cozy, clean and centrally located - within a 3-4 hour drive of Seward, Denali and Homer, 35 minutes from Anchorage. The hosts were nice people, offering suggestions on food and activities. The view of Mirror Lake was spectacular, especially at sunset.”

“The place was great. Very comfortable. Newly updated. Outside of Anchorage but still close enough to the city and airport. The area had cute restaurants and you could drive up Mt Baldy behind the area and look over the valley or go hiking. We actually saw Mt McKinley from the top of Mt Baldy one sunny day. You are in the valley a little closer to a start of the drive to Denali. I would highly recommend this house if visiting Alaska. ”

“This property was the perfect "home base" for our Alaskan adventures. Located north of Anchorage it worked well for trips north to Denali and south to Seaward. It's close to a lot of activities and outside of the bustle of the city. Place was really clean when we arrived, and had all the necessities. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhhod was very quiet. Two grocery stores and a Walgreens were nearby for anything we needed. Only downside was the slow Wifi, but the televisions had a great……

“My husband and I were in town for a sports tournament and wanted a “getaway” in the process. This property fit the bill. We appreciated that multiple high schools were an easy commute for the events we needed to attend. Everything was well executed. We really could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It’s was clean, quiet and felt like home. The finishing touches and attention to detail helped to make this place extra special. I would highly recommend this property! A true gem!”

“We had a great stay in this Yurt as a stop along our way north to Denali. Perfectly accommodated our family which included 3 boys. My youngest enjoyed the swing outside, and I’ve always wanted to stay in a yurt. Added bonus was a tour of the sled-dog dogstead in the morning- so glad we decided to add that on to our booking. Beds were comfortable, and amenities as described. Would love to come back again, perhaps in the fall.”

“This apartment is very comfortable. Great lighting and fully stocked kitchen. Could use warm blankets for cold weather. Lots of bath towels and good seating.”

“Upon arrival, the place was really dirty. The upstairs dogs had complete run of the yards, so ours was messy and they kept peeking in our LR window (we were basement), so our dog barked. The host was great! Refunded our cleaning deposit. The home was in a great location and was cute. I think we were the first rental after a long vacancy and with the host being remote, things got forgotten. Once the host returns, things should improve.”

“Lovely place to spend a week in Alaska. Visiting family and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing quiet and clean apartment. Everything we could think of was there for our convenience.
