A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. Ladder might be a problem for some getting up to the loft for some. Only complaint is the door code was malfunctioning and had to wait for a back up person to come and open the door with a key from the key lock box. 1.5 hours to get in. Owner does not need to have a 10 digit code to open a door. In all my travels 4 to 5 code is efficient. And male……
