“Hotels.com screwed up our reservation that we paid for but the hotel never received. The staff was cordial and allowed us to have the rooms as they waited 2 days for Hotel.com approval. We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error.”
