“The house was fabulous. Just wish check email or text we never got. Finally went over at 4. Directions for check! We didn’t know where to put dirty laundry. Were we supposed to strip beds? We did what we thought was best. Hopefully it was ok. ”

“We loved our stay here. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the closest beach, we avoided having to find parking and pay for it, which seems dificult to find and expensive. The closest area of the beach was not a busy as other areas which was great. The appartment is located in the middle section of the island so anything is within 10-15 min ride. Grosery shipping and pharmacy are just a few min away. The apartment was as advertised, very spacious and with a lot of light,……

“Though an older home, it was nice, bright, and close to the beach. Plenty of seating in living and dining rooms. Kitchen had everything needed to eat in. Bathrooms were a bit narrow, but the water pressure was great. Small pool with hot tub that could comfortably seat 6. ("Spa Party" should actually be labeled "spa heat".) Plenty of parking. Beach is a block away on a quiet street.”

“It is a duplex. Stayed in other side last year. That unit was a bit nicer. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom drain was plugged 2nd to last day. Had to call 2 people to get wifi working. Marginal beach equipment. One chair broken, had to buy new one. Brooms and cleaning equipment should be stored out of sight, not in the lovely backyard. I know it is for sale but could be made so much nicer with a little TLC. Great location and price was terrific.”

“The patio door was boarded up on our arrival and glass fragments were on the patio area, heavily stained carpet,air con extremely dangerous, full of mould to a dangerous level, according to service record not serviced in past 8 years, family members became unwell, our American family left early due to feeling unwell, symptoms of bad air con ,property smelt of wet dog and had to hoover everyday to remove dog hair, stated no pets allowed, no kayaks at property as on listing, front door didn’t lock……

“We had a girls trip and chose this property due to 3 large bedrooms and a private pool. The walk to the beach was super easy and I went there every morning for a sunrise stroll. We loved the kitchy decor and felt right at home there. We didnt require anything extra or encounter any problems so I cant make a fair assessment of the rental office.”

“This property was great for our family! Plenty of gathering areas and plenty of separate areas too. We liked the location near restaurants and grocery store. The beach was close and beautiful. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by the owners. We will definitely come back! ”
