“A great location, 2 coded locked doors to enter. The condo was lovely just as described. Had to carry a note with codes for locks all week to avoid being locked out. Pool was not working in November as promised. Vacasa gave no credit. Patio was still dirty from hurricane debris. Smoke alarm started chirping at 1AM. We removed the battery at 9 and called maintenance. After 24 hours and no visit we went and purchased a new battery. We were reimbursed.”

“This was our first trip to Holmes Beach and we were not disappionted at all. AMI is a great place to relax and Gy makes sure you have nothing to worry about it when he shares his home. We had a relaxaing vacation and enjoyed everything. We will be back and this is the only place we will stay. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. Until next time. ”

“Great condo close to the beach. Elevator made it easier to access property. However the bed needs to be upgraded. It was too firm. The beach in this area is beautiful.”

Cons: The unit and the property could do with some updates. The ceiling fan on the balcony is ready to fall down. Suggestions: A bar height bistro set on the balcony would be great.”

“So convenient to shopping, dining, beach, bike path. Condo is beautifully decorated. All questions were promptly answered. Covered parking and spacious guest suites were beyond expectations. So many amenities we did not even have time to enjoy all of them. Will definitely need to come back. Thank you for an amazing opportunity, fun times, and family memories.”

“I really enjoyed staying at anna maria beach place unit 4. It was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit had a great view and was steps to the beach. I really enjoyed staying there.”

“Be advised, you will be toting all of your luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. Updates to the furnishings needed. No comfortable seating inside and the beds need to be replaced. Very limited kitchen items. We had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth. And only 2 trash bags. At least provide 1 trash bag for everyday of the renters stay. No salt or pepper, 1 coffee cup. People are traveling and can't bring all the essentials. Did i mention the whole west side is windows and provide a beautiful view.”

“Townhouse was updated and very spacious. Lots of beach stuff to use during our stay. Management company's communication was very good. Only non-5 star comment was the beach access is a little farther than we would have preferred. Other than that, the six of us would stay there again without hesitation.”

“The unit was well equipped and perfect location on AMI. What the listing doesn’t say is that it has SO MUCH beach equipment!! Two umbrellas, at least six beach chairs (including two zero gravity loungers), plenty of boogie boards, noodles, tubes, lots of sand castle supplies and a sand wagon to tote it all. And having all the beach equipment in ground floor storage unit kept the living space free from sand. Perfect!!!”
