“Very lovely place, a short walk to beach. Comfortable beds and washer and dryer. Limited kitchen supplies ( no coffee, salt pepper, spices), that would have been helpful. Also no beach chairs and the code is long and took all week to memorize. Other than these small things it was very lovely and enjoyable”

“So convenient to shopping, dining, beach, bike path. Condo is beautifully decorated. All questions were promptly answered. Covered parking and spacious guest suites were beyond expectations. So many amenities we did not even have time to enjoy all of them. Will definitely need to come back. Thank you for an amazing opportunity, fun times, and family memories.”

“The property was really great and the host superb. We were staying there the week of Hurricane Helene, and unfortunately were required to evacuate after just a few days into our stay. The host was so amazingly gracious and helpful! She gave us regular updates as to the status of the hurricane, and when the emergency order came to evacuate, she notified us to make sure we were aware. She graciously gave us a 100% refund due to the extenuating circumstances. I'm sad to think that the place we……

“Nice and clean condo with most supplies included to prepare meals and wash laundry. Very convenient to have all the beach supplies downstairs, along with a cart to carry them. Close to shops and grocery store within walking distance. A minor problem was handled quickly.”

“I really enjoyed staying at anna maria beach place unit 4. It was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit had a great view and was steps to the beach. I really enjoyed staying there.”

“Be advised, you will be toting all of your luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. Updates to the furnishings needed. No comfortable seating inside and the beds need to be replaced. Very limited kitchen items. We had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth. And only 2 trash bags. At least provide 1 trash bag for everyday of the renters stay. No salt or pepper, 1 coffee cup. People are traveling and can't bring all the essentials. Did i mention the whole west side is windows and provide a beautiful view.”

“Townhouse was updated and very spacious. Lots of beach stuff to use during our stay. Management company's communication was very good. Only non-5 star comment was the beach access is a little farther than we would have preferred. Other than that, the six of us would stay there again without hesitation.”
