"This condo has been completely redone and is fresh and updated. Breakfast and sunsets on our little porch looking at the ocean were perfect. Chairs and an umbrella are in the unit, so we had everything we needed. When the wind was high, we moved to the pool and it was sunny and warm. 1 mile beach walk to the Sandbar. Lots of remodeling happening to adjacent units this winter due to the hurricane, but hopefully will be over soon. Highly recommend. "

"This building is now white not orange like what's on the post. This was in a perfect location. The backyard is the beach as well as AMI Beach Cafe. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Free trolley was amazing. Used it several times. We were rarely in the unit. It wasnt spectacular but location beats everything else. I would probably stay here again because of the price. Everywhere else was extremely expensive. Then again you pay for what you get. eexcellent. "

"We had a nice stay at AMI. The condo was a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was out our back door. The furnishings were not the best or most comfortable but we managed. One of the beds was like sleeping on a hammock. We called and they came over that afternoon. Unfortunately they could not fix it. They said they contacted the owner but we never heard anything after that. "

"Our stay was when hurricane Debbie was coming toward Florida, so it was a little rough. Luckily, the area didn’t flood but going 1/2 mile in either direction it was flooded for a few days. It did leak in the condo during the heavy rain. The worst part.that two TVs, the living room and bedroom would not work. We told the condo about it and they were said someone would fix it but no one ever came. "
