“The property was exactly as pictured, VERY nice, well appointed. Location was great for us - we were spending most of our time in Boerne. Loved the area - deer all around- super quiet. Check-in was clearly explained- everything went very smoothly with our comings and goings.Glad I chose to make reservations here!”

“Adorable property and conveniently located near downtown San Antonio. The gate made us feel safe and Al’s attic was so cute and comfortable! Our only complaint would be the noise as there were what sounded like fireworks and drag racing several nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again! ”

The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. ”

“I rented this apartment for a mom’s night away to rest and recharge. The apartment is separate from the main house, but attached to the garage. While I was there the garage was not being used so it was private. It’s worth noting that the apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but you would never know anyone was there other than the cars outside of their home. None of the windows face the house and the outdoor sitting area is surrounded by trees. It was wonderfully quiet, close to……

“We stayed here for the week of Christmas and it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! We had everything we wanted, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and surround sound, washer and dryer and kitchen. The hosts were nice and responsive to my requests. ”

“I was going to rate this place a 3 overall until the manager said he is going to keep my deposit over some spots on towels, grass on the tiles, crumbs on the counter, and a spill in the fridge that one paper towel would have fixed. He said THAT and the washing of ALL the bedsheets forced him to hire a 2nd cleaning person. He also tried to accuse me of having unaccounted for guests because "all of the beds had been slept on" (there were 6 of us and 6 beds, only 4 beds were actually used - but……

“We came to visit family for Thansgiving. This little place is tastefully done, private, and peaceful. We had good communication with Arturo, and had no issues. We look forward to returning when it's warmer and we can take advantage of the outdoor space. Thank you, Art!”
