“Our family booked in order to attend our airman's graduation from basic training. It was so nice for when he had his off base passes that we could do it in a family type atmosphere rather than a hotel room. It made our family time that much more special. The house was clean neat and everything was just wonderful.”

“Even though the neighborhood is a little sketchy, this cute home served its purpose for myself and my children. We were in town for the state basketball tournament and were able to save over $30 in parking fees since it was close enough to walk. It has a rustic charm to it. It had plenty of towels and sleeping space. I had no problem whipping up breakfast for my family. I'm glad they had a washer and dryer, too. “My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde. This clean, precious 1928 house is a mixture of quaint historical with essential modern conveniences. We spent a very comfortable 2 weeks using it as a home base while we visited San Antonio and our family and friends. “We enjoyed our stay in this charming old house. The home was remodeled, but preserved several architectural features from the past. The porch swing is also a fun way to spend passing time or reading a book. The property is conveniently located a short walk from the River trail. There is no dishwasher, but we weren’t preparing big meals. Overall, a fun adventure.”

Conflicting directions for where cottage was located, where key was located, no clear directions on how to operate many of the appliances, hot tub, , Bulbs out, AC in Lvg rm didn’t work. Nails in floor that kept catching so had to wear shoes. ”
