"If I could, I'd give this a 4.5 rating. Best customer service from a US hotel. From the minute we arrived, they gave us bottled water and called our room to make sure the accomodations were good. Plenty of hotel parking and good (and free) breakfast options. Hotel is within walkable distance to downtown Hanford with plenty of night lighting. What wasn't so great? It's close to railroad tracks, so if you are a light sleeper this could bother you. On the other hand, they provide free ear plugs...
