"The staff at this hotel was VERY courteous & respectful!! When I went down to the lobby to ask for towels, the gentleman at the front desk said he’d bring some to our room (he was by himself). When he came up to our room, he had the towels & extra linens for a pullout bed for our grandchildren. I offered him a $5 tip, but he politely refused & said to keep it for the grandchildren which I thought was very sweet! Anytime we needed anything the front desk was always polite & fast in taking care of...
