“My daughter wanted to visit the Hobart Book Village for her Christmas present, so I thought it would be nice to stay local and find a nice quiet get-away. The Rich Farmhouse is just that. The driveway was semi-circle shaped so there was no need to worry about backing in and out. The beds were so comfortable. I even had a down comforter on the queen bed. So cozy and warm. There were not many places around to eat that were open and we needed some good quality R&R, so we opted to cook at the house.……

“Beautiful log cabin with a great and easy to function fireplace. The host has a shed filled with firewood, starter wood and charcoal which was such a tremendous and pleasant surprise. The sunroom facing the mountains and a backyard that drops into the woods is a phenomenal place to have a morning cup of coffee or just chill in anytime. Huge master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms offer plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen has all of the needed appliances/accessories. Great washer and……

“My friends and I had an excellent time enjoying a low-key New Years at the River Runs Through It. We enjoyed everything from the comfortable bedding to the sauna, and had a fire going in the central fireplace every night. The house had everything we needed and was in a beautiful setting right on the river. I'm eyeing a summer trip so we can take advantage of the river access. Sam was responsive and helped us iron out a few details prior to our stay. I Highly recommend!”

“Very farm/ old fashion decoration which we loved. House is just great for Families that have teenagers. A lot of entertainment in the house and around the neighborhood. Close to Mountain and shops. Kinda upset with the heating but we didn’t mind wearing some extra clothing. Very good communication with the Landlord in every aspect. Will come back and stay again!! ”
