“The cabin is in a relaxing setting with views. We enjoyed using the fire pit in the evening. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. My husband and I wanted to get away alone and relax and that is what this property delivered. Secluded but close to market, restaurants etc. The hostess Maria is quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommended! ”

“This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. “We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!”

“Smitty's Lakehouse was the perfect place for our family to stay while our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Our kids really enjoyed being able to take the canoe and kayaks out on the lake between baseball games. Appliances, cabinets, furniture...everything was updated and convenient.
