“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“Outstanding location and property. The Cabin is clean and spacious. The hosts are nothing short of amazing! We have rented this cabin before and look forward to renting again. ”

“24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm……

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“The house was beautiful, clean and just like you see in Vrbo. Only downfall was the water had sulphuric smell. Needed to get bottled water for drinking and making coffee. Would definitely stay there again if in that area. ”

“Stayed with my children and parents for a three-day weekend—we really enjoyed our time at the Cabin. From the moment we were greeted by the owner's two dogs upon our arrival, we felt home. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and clean—lots of cool knick knacks, including books and board games, to discover. “My stay was absolutely amazing. They have a hot tub on property overlooking the mountains it’s wonderful. It even started raining hard and was one of the most peaceful moments being out in nature overlooking the mountains being up high on one yourself. It’s very remote and private. Everything about this place was great. Host was very nice and attentive. Responded right away and gave me extra time to get my stuff together in the morning as I was behind. I will 1000% be back again! Thank you so……
