“We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people.”

“Last morning of my son's stay the family woke to find the house in flood water and his car, parked in the designated parking space, submerged to the windows in sea water. The tow truck couldn't get near, and the family was marooned for 5 hours until the water suddenly vanished: it seems the storm drains the property were blocked. The car was totaled. Host was slow to realize the gravity of the flood and concerned only that she had another family arriving: she said it was an act of God, not her……

“Stayed here to visit nearby family over the holiday. What a cute spot! The farm setting outside and cozy touches inside made this a comfortable and quiet place to recharge. The bed, living room, fireplace were so comfy, and extra amentities like toiletries and coffee were so appreciated. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and gracious. Hope to stay here again! ”

“The apartment was spacious, clean, walking distance from cafes and a gourmet market. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions, add more seating to the living room, pick up fluffy soft white towels from IKEA that can be washed and don't fade. Add towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Add a coat rack for living room Thanks again we enjoyed our stay! , ”

“The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It’s not the greatest area but truly safe and the neighbors were friendly and a few yummy bakery’s in walking distance. Our only surprise was there was no oven just a stove top which limited……

“The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. (We would just recommend some mirrors in the bedrooms). The place is next to a very busy street which there is always a lot of noise, especially at night. One……
