“The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It’s not the greatest area but truly safe and the neighbors were friendly and a few yummy bakery’s in walking distance. Our only surprise was there was no oven just a stove top which limited……

“The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. “Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures……

“Each night I could wait to see the sunset. We were here in November, the view is unmatched. There is lots of space for family in the house. Two full baths upstairs was a great convenience. “our annual girls (5) trip took us to Branford, CT this year. It was awesome to have a private beach access even though we couldn’t get in the water, but it was great for strolls and shell collecting. Would definitely do better with a second bathroom, but we managed just fine. Overall, it’s a nice little place to stay for a getaway. My only issue is not with the hosts or place, but with one of the fees and the checkout process. However, it does not take away from our stay. ”
