“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “Beautiful property, but I felt like it could be in Florida or Hawaii. It needs to be a little more “Mexican themed”. The entertainment was lacking. A mariachi band at dinner would’ve been nice. I was there 18 years ago when it was the Copacabana and it felt like Mexico. The only night, was Saturday when they have Mexico night, that it felt like we were actually in Mexico. The beach is one of the best beaches we have ever seen. ”
