「The management needs to improve their service during breakfast time. There are 10 rooms in this hotel and only one person taking care of the breakfast area. People often arrives with no staffs there while the only staff is already busy inside the kitchen... The room is good and everything functional. It's cool but damp inside the cave, it's understandable but they may want to do something about that to remove the damp smell.」

「I am a very picky person but I could not ask for more from this hotel! It should be the most expensive hotel in cappadocia but it’s worthy! Excellent view, great food, personalised service. We stay at the best suite right next to the restaurant. They could provide breakfast at our balcony and extended breakfast time after 10:30am. One morning I was taking pictures at their organic garden, one of the staff came and picked some berries for us. Then he made us smoothies with those fresh picked...
