Oda içerisinde bulunan banyo imkanları gayet iyiydi oda ve banyo çok temizdi. Banyosunda Türk hamamı var. Otel görevlileri ilgili alakalı. 「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep...

「The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.」
