“Stayed there because of the proximity to the airport. Ended up staying my last night there too. Amazing home cooked food! Beautiful location and pool. On the main road, but walled in so the traffic doesn't bother you. Room was well set up and clean. Mariano is an amazing host, just be prepared with some Spanish! “This was a great save since we had problems with our original accommodations and booked this place frantically and honestly - we are so happy we landed here! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and in an optimal location. “This place was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to do back! We stayed in Suite 6- a large room with a huge balcony right on the water. We had nonstop Caribbean br The kitchenette was very helpful to have and the bathroom was well appointed. Even the bed and pillows were great. The staff were what really shined. Everyone was so attentive and helpful at check in and during our stay. They even called a doctor for me when I hurt myself falling off a boat. I love this place and would recommend……

“Does not allow eating in room but kitchen space was not clean/unusable, out of the way and inconvenient (almost dangerous stair access) to get to from room especially in the rain. No filtered water available. Shower pressure needed to be turned up; it was basically a heavy drip. Our room was #4 outside of main entrance and reception area, so we heard everyone coming and going all hours of the day and night. ”

“The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star”

“Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. My biggest tip is to bring water shoes because the non slip type cement is hard on the feet. The pools were great too! The food was good. Not……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
