My stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, and the property was well‑maintained and relaxing. The only minor inconvenience was a peacock near my room that became vocal early in the morning, but aside from that, my experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again.

I loved staying at Grand Oasis Cancún resort. It is abeutiful place to stay. My hotel room was very conveniently located and close to the beach, pool and buffet. The restaurants we re also very upscale. It is only the bathroom that needed renovation.

The coffee place at the grand oasis was very very good it did not disappoint, the lady would even put a heart in my latte. The pool was really warm, the moment I was assigned to a room I tried reserving a restaurant, it was all booked, so I ate at the buffet, the food was not good at all, but the servers were so kind, I tried the Mexican restaurant it was a little better. Breakfast was buffet style as well although they didn’t have the basics like pancakes, French toast, bacon or sausage.

The resort is beautiful and very well kept. Staff is friendly and the response turnaround time for any requests was quick. My only complaint was the food choices. The Buffet served the same food everyday and the quality and taste was not so good. Other than that I would recommend and would actually go back again in hopes the food gets better.

The rooms are old and had rust . There were bugs in the room. The telephone service was broken down. The blinds were old and did not close properly. The hotel has 2 sections, a regular section and a premium section. I was not aware of the premium section when I made my reservation. You can not use all of the restaurants, coffee shops, bars , and ice cream shop if you don’t pay an extra $60 per person. The front lobby is fancy to seek people expensive memberships similar to timeshares. The pool is in disrepair and is missing tiles on the bottom.
