Grand Oasis Cancun – Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at Grand Oasis Cancun due to several ongoing issues that significantly impacted our experience:
1. Upon arrival, both the hot water and the TV in our room were not working.
2. We requested additional towels multiple times, but they were never delivered.
3. Buffet restaurants had extremely long lines during peak hours, with wait times exceeding 30 minutes just to be seated.
4. At check-in, we were informed about specialty restaurants that required advance reservations. However, when we attempted to book, we were told the next availability was over a week away. This was frustrating and misleading, as we were effectively sold access to restaurants we could not use during our stay.
5. Some members of the staff were noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming.
6. There was very little entertainment offered at the resort. We frequently had to leave the hotel for entertainment, which made us question the value of paying for an all-inclusive experience.
Overall, the service gaps, lack of availability, and limited amenities made this stay disappointing, and we would not choose this resort again.
