It didn’t feel clean, towels were dingy and had some stains. Ac units didn’t work properly. It was very hard to get a reservation at any of the restaurants. The staff were very friendly though.

The property felt safe and was reasonably clean. However, the check-in process was disorganized and took far too long, which made for a frustrating arrival experience. We had requested twin beds but were given a king instead—and it appeared that several other guests encountered the same issue. Communication was also a challenge, as many hotel staff spoke little to no English. While fluency isn’t expected, a basic level of English would have been helpful given the number of English-speaking guests. The all-day buffet was underwhelming, so I recommend making reservations at the on-site restaurants if you're looking for a better dining experience.

2nd time guest. The things we like: - huge resort, tons to offer. Games, beach sports, massage, etc - pools wrap into each other and are beautiful. Always look crystal clear. - lots of restaurants IF you upgrade your badge bracelet Disappointments: - inclusive doesn't mean included - the badge bracelet that is 'normal' doesn't provide access to most of the restaurants. Be prepared for a $40/day upgrade - wine and at least 2 restaurants are additional upgrades - the resort was full of trash. Cups, food, bird dirt, puke. Yuck - no TP in women's bathroom by pool. Janitor gal outside door chatting. I nicely told her no tp. She said, i know. Ill get to it them. (Big bathrrom) - no staff to assist guests. No vallet to and from rooms, pool and beach bathrooms were gross, no wait staff by pools - no staff that was happy and nice. They did their jobs and replied and that was that. Glad I spoke Espanol a tiny bit. - beach isnt walkable. Stayed in the Hotel district to be able to walk the beach. Seaweed and slope of beach is disheartening. So much erosion. Not the redorts fault but was they arent doing their part - had to pay to use tennis rackets

Pésimo servicio , nunca me pusieron toallas, el baño con goteras , la limpieza no la realizaban bien siempre tenía arena del mar desde el día que llegué . Les comunicabas las cosas y te decían que no era su área . Nunca nadie me dio solución , recepción pésimo porque decían que no podían hacer nada ellos y el gerente decía que si lo hacía y termino molestando e se las veces que fue a decirle . The drinks were horrible had to go on a mission to blend drinks. Areas were dirty staff hardly tended you you. All the vines looks as they are making water. Mixed drink were just horrible! I’ve been to this hotel over 3 times and it has been going down hill. They keep it up and it will be just another oasis that didn’t make it.

The housekeeper was horrible and very rude, I submitted my complaint to the hotel, but apparently they won’t review since I didn’t receive any note or response. You should take this hotel out of the network.

It was absolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend this to anyone travelling with child. They have one elevator that is shared between visitors and service staff which results in really long wait time. They do not have room service whatsoever even if you are ready pay extra. Food is not that great. Staff is horrible. They roll eyes at you and looks very angry all the time.

Please be aware they consider a child over 12 years an adult. So they charge a child as adult. Room is very outdated and definitely a plumbing issue. Property smells like paint thinner. There was a cockroach in the hallway. I reported it to guest services and their response was we just fumigated the property. Limited food options. Very poor quality food.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. They charged us 600$ Canadian for an upgrade to get the black wrist band but we still had to pay for any bed near the pool. We also could not get into any restaurants which they said we would be able to. If we didn’t book a table days in advance. We also payed the full upgrade price and did not get an upgrade on our room. We talked to some people who got a free upgrade but for some reason they pick and choose who they charge.

The rooms are old, need update, we to ask the housekeeping all the time for the towels, soap, shampoo, bc they never put new ones, even if they are empty, the food was okay, the pool is awesome, the view of the ocean and the beach are very cool, perfect for good pictures, i can tell this resort its more for adults, than for families!!!
