Our stay at this resort was an immense disappointment and easily one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had.
Resort Conditions: Upon arrival, we encountered pouring rain—not just outside, but inside the resort. Water was leaking through ceilings, hallways, and even light fixtures in several guest rooms. In our case, water was flooding through the sliding glass doors and literally raining through the hallway ceiling. Multiple guests, including ourselves, reported flooding issues to the concierge, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and failed to provide timely solutions.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the entire resort was appalling. There were visible fingerprints on nearly every piece of glass, highlighting a severe lack of maintenance. Our bathroom light switch had blood on it, and we found a live cockroach in our room upon arrival. Despite reporting these issues, they were never addressed by the staff—we had to clean the light switch ourselves.
Dining Experience: The quality was poor, and the only dining option available to us during our stay was the buffet, as we were never able to secure a table at any of the sit-down restaurants.
Beverage Quality: The all-inclusive package included alcohol, but the selections were low-quality, no-name brands. Drinks were served in reusable plastic cups that were clearly not sanitized properly.
Final Thoughts: Highly don’t recommend!!
