The staff at the few restaurants that was opened were nice but the front desk guy that checked us in was horrible, rude , unkind and separated my family and i, we slept on differentfloorsafter he threatened to put us in separatebuildings. Refused to give me a baby crib for my baby. My bathroom was grimy and flooded, I couldn't take a proper shower as it was gross. My room have a strong chemical smell, like from a mosquito repellent. It made my baby so sick and I have to bring him to the hospital tomorrow. My experience was a sad one. I will never EVER go back there. Worst way I have spent thousands of dollars in my life.

Check in more than an hour wait had call Expedia because they want me to pay an extra 1200 dollars, Food was ok, the hotel looks nice, pools were very nice, room old small and some items were not working in room but ok, cleaning crew great the all inclusive drinking very poor selection.

We never made it to the hotel , we have a government warning not to fly to Mexico but the hotel never Picknup my phone call . I call over 1 month and Expedia also try to contact the hotel .. i would never ever book any trip to this hotel ..

The room was stocked full and often and upon request even though they said they couldn’t at one point. This place is kinda a dump. The staff are friendly and kind. I loved the made to order coffee espresso shop, the gelato. The buffets were literally the same everyday and if u like to walk, this is the place for you. Do be sure to make reservations at the restaurants included in your package. They are so much better than the Buffett. And that’s another thing, apparently we didn’t have access to all eating places which was stupid and I didn’t understand it because we choose the all inclusive package. Poolside food u have to wait for.. hamburgers , hotdogs, fries, nachos and chicken legs.. that’s literally it..Never saw the shows because they were in this weird plant filled atrium and no where to sit and watch, would have to stand. Our 6 story building had one broken elevator. The housekeeping staff did a great job with room. No poolside wait staff and we were not used to that. One swim up bar, always so crowded. The liquor is cheap at best and tastes icky. The pool seemed dirty most of the time. Not enough chairs and there’s definitely room for it so don’t understand that situation. Beach full of seaweed and not enough chairs, hardly any in fact. Nothing much to do. Suggestion, if u r going into town, walk to the front street and get the bus, it’s $1.50 and so much cheaper than a taxi. Just nothing special or extraordinary that makes me want to ever come back .

Says all inclusive but you have to pay extra for pretty much everything. At least an hour wait to eat dinner at any restaurant on the property. Never did get to eat at either of the restaurants you needed reservations for even though we went on their app and trying to make reservations it did not work.

Bars only serve generic vodka and tequila out of plastic bottles. Food was terrible and not to proper temperature. DO NOT recommend. Staff was subpar and aggressive about being tipped. Mold and mildew all over bathrooms.

The rooms needs to be updated, curtains were broken, had to use my hair clip to keep the curtains close, sheets were stained, used the coffee maker in the room the first day but they did not refill the coffee anymore, had to keep calling to get clean towels.

This place was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, with visible grime and poor overall cleanliness. The sinks were broken, making it difficult to even use the bathroom properly. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the toilets wouldn’t flush properly, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, the condition of the facilities was terrible, and it felt like basic maintenance and hygiene were completely ignored. I would not recommend staying here. It needs serious improvements in cleanliness, repairs, and basic upkeep.

The rooms need major upgrades but the property is solid. Im not sure why people mentioned bugs but that wasn't my experience at all. If you're looking for luxury this is not it but if you love the pool, beach, nature, wild life and cheap strong drinks this is the place for you. I wanted to give the property a 3 star because of the room but to be fair, it's basic not bad.
