「酒店靠近湖邊，交通方便，是不錯的選擇。週末放假貴得有點離譜，都是3000以上的價格，到了之後發現其實有更多更好的選擇。房間基本上沒有風景可言，我們三個房間，只有我的大床房可以看到一點湖景，其他什麼都沒有。酒店的員工都很歧視亞洲人，我們在餐廳享用了晚餐和早餐，晚餐的時候，多次催促我們點菜，我們朋友感冒了在房間先休息和吃藥，員工竟然說我們預定的是7點，你們已經遲了15分鐘點菜了必須要快，讓人感覺很莫名其妙。早餐的時候，點了茶一直沒來，問她就說很多人，要逐個準備，最後催促了幾次發現根本是遺漏了，這服務也是讓人失望；然後，其他桌都是主動過去問要什麼早餐，我們的不叫都不問，也不告訴我們有麵包，這就是對待亞洲人的服務態度？？」

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
