“The photos of the property are accurate. The sun room is beautiful and inviting. There was a nice selection of toiletries and kitchen necessities available. The one complaint we had was the slipperiness of the shower. Otherwise our stay there was great!”

“The house is a charming log cabin located deep in the woods of a sparsely populated part of Mt Desert Island. It has a nice but small private pond behind the house. The house is overall nice, but definitely has some quirks and inaccurate listing details. Contrary to the listing, it does NOT have a hot tub. The upstairs bathroom has the most unusual “bath tub” I have ever seen - it is about 30”x30” and nearly 3’ deep. It is so tall they had to build a step next to it to get in. I would NOT want……

“The pictures are accurate, the accommodations lovely. Plenty of beds. We had 10 people, if you had a full house, only having 2.5 bathrooms might be tricky. Game room was nice, as was having several gathering areas. Super short checkout list (yay!), great location for exploring Acadia. 100% would rent again!”

“What an amazing property! Beautiful fenced-in yard was great for our mini dachshunds. The artwork decorating the house really makes the house special. A big and well equipped kitchen and just a wonderful warm feel overall made for a great getaway. ”
