“905A is well equipped, nicely furnished, offers a good selection of beach gear, and has a great gulf view. Kristie is very responsive and concerned about her guests. We do a lot of cooking and didn't need any items to complete whatever we wanted to do, Recliner is also a nice touch and is better than a couch in my opinion. Two minor negatives: unit has a tub instead of walk in shower and the freezer door wont open all the way, but the shower is a personal choice and wont matter to all. I……

“The apartment was clean and organized. Was very impressed with finishes and furniture. I get why there was a beach chair with the unit, as I never figured out how to arrange for the resort chairs. The balcony overlooking the pool also had a peak at the gulf and was super sunny late in the afternoon. The staff was polite and professional at all times. Quieter than the neighboring resorts, so perfect for relaxing!”

“My daughter and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We loved the location and that we could hear the waves on the beach from our location. Enjoy the balcony view for a morning coffee. Beautiful beach, pool, located near Santini Plaza. Will defiantly return again”

“Very nice property, very clean and well kept. Our room was clean, A/C worked well, the balcony was clean, it came with beach chairs + umbrella, the valet service was very helpful for the entirety of the stay. Only complaint really was that the bar & grill would not give you food to go, because we were not members (since the bar & grill is separate from the condo building). The bar & grill food is very good. They just lost out on revenue by not supporting to-go orders. Overall great location,……

“Views from the porch were breathtaking. We’ve been coming to the area for 13 years and this year was no different. We enjoy the outdoors so the beach never disappoints. Plenty of work going on at the building which is understandable given the hurricane. Workers were respectful and we were notified that it’d be happening so was not a distraction. The room was clean and kinda cool. The owners were fantastic keeping in constant contact and super qwik to respond to any small questions. No problem w……
