“The place was nice, but it’s located in the beach area with NO beach stuff. Chairs, cooler, beach buggy where no where to be found. It was very frustrating to pay that amount of money with no beach supplies. We had to purchase the stuff and then give it all away when we left. It was a big expense that we should have not had to pay. We were also a little freaked out with the camera outside the door.”

“We came down to Marco Island for a short birthday get-a-way. Location was great, right on the water. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. Sunsets are spectacular! Close to many excursions and restaurants. Restaurant/bar on-site was an added bonus! Barbara was very responsive and the condo staff was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again!”

PROS - Perfect location, view & sunsets - Relatively quiet days & nights - Comfortable beds - Nicely decorated - 5 & 2.4 GHz WiFi - Handy kitchen, appliances lg & sm, silverware, tools, pots & pans, spices - Useful brooms, dustpan, etc. - Very nice shared pool (max 6.5' depth) & pool area - Hot tub next to the pool - Private……
