“I book the room with bathroom, maybe seldom people will book these kind of room, so the bed sheet it's not pretty clean. I got bite by the bugs everywhere and everytime when I lay on bed, so I ask the counter to give me some new bed sheet, the new one is better, but If u want to have a nice trip, I won't recommend this place. Eventhogh the service of the old grandma is okay..”

“We absolutely adore this place. The room we were staying at was new and spacious. Everything is neat and clean. The dinner and breakfast buffet were stunning. There was also a great souvenir shop where you could get most of the things you want. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Takayama.”

“It’s a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff were terrific and provided excellent service. The meals were an absolute delight with special dishes highlighting the seasonal ingredients. The room was spacious with a private Onsen that helped us relax. Overall it was truly amazing!”
